Exercise more but don’t lose weight

You choose to exercise to lose weight. Very nice, because in addition to losing weight, your condition also improves. The condition is indeed improving, but the scale does not indicate a gram less. Very often this is caused by overcompensation. You think that that extra potato and that piece of cake can’t hurt, because you’ll sport it off anyway. You unknowingly eat more than you burn during exercise. This way you stay the same weight, or sometimes even gain weight.

You adjust your diet, but what about your drinking?

Sometimes people adjust their calorie intake in their diet, but they do not look at what they drink. Many people are addicted to soft drinks and juices and can easily drink half a liter of milk during lunch. Eating less often means that they drink more to counteract the feeling of hunger.
