  • 600 g salmon fillet
  • 300 ml cava (sparkling white wine, bottle 0.75 liter)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 shallots, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 jar of capers (100 g), drained
  • 4 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon, in segments
