Want to lose 10 kilos in three weeks? That is absolutely possible. Following a diet is of course not much fun and can also be difficult. But you will do just fine if you eat according to this schedule and you can lose 10 kilos within three weeks. Extra information

  • Eat normally on Saturday and Sunday (not excessively).
  • Unlimited coffee and tea, provided without milk and sugar. (sweetly allowed)
  • Drink at least 2 liters of water daily (without additives).

After three weeks you will have lost approximately 10 kilos.
